    Blueberry Bliss Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Whole Wheat Flour ISIS Biodynamic┬«
  • 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour or Oat Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Cornmeal
  • 3/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Butter Melted
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, cornmeal, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Whisk together the egg whites, honey, vanilla, almond milk and melted butter until thoroughly combined.
  3. Gently mix the dry with the wet ingredients to form a batter.
  4. Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Grease the surface, then pour enough batter to the desired size of your pancakes. Add a couple blueberries to each pancake and cook until puffed and golden brown, about 1 - 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Top with butter, maple syrup or fresh fruit.
  6. Enjoy!
