- Heat Skillet to 400 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients into large bowl in the order listed. The consistency should be thick.
- Pour pancakes onto heated skillet. They shouldn't stick but it's chef's choice to grease the skillet.
- Cook until top bubbles, then flip to other side.
- When pancakes are fully cooked through remove from heat and top with Biodynamic berries.
Chia Gel
- Mix two cups of water with 4 tablespoons chia seeds.
- Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Mix again, then let stand for 15 minutes. The seeds will start to absorb the water and become a gel consistency.
- This makes 2 and 1/4 cups chia gel that will last for 1 week when refrigerated.
Recipe notes
When making the chia gel: instead of soaking the seeds in water you can experiment with soaking them in almond milk and organic berry juice for different flavors. Get creative!
