    Blue Raspberry Chia Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Smoothie
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Gel *See Notes below on how to make Chia Gel
  • 1 Tbsp Isis Biodynamic┬« Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Oat Milk
  • Chia Gel
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

Smoothie
  1. Mix all of the ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
Chia Gel
  1. Mix 1 Cup of water with 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds.
  2. Let Stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix again, then let stand for 15 minutes. The seeds will start to absorb the water and become a gel consistency.
  4. This makes 1 & 1/4 cup Chia gel that will last for one week when refrigerated.
