    Biodynamic Berry Crumble

Ingredients

  • Main Ingridients
  • 2 Cups Mixed Berries Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries or Cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Isis Biodynamic® Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Grated Orange Zest
  • Crumble
  • 2 Tbsp Isis Biodynamic® Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Butter Softened
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Rolled Oats

Instructions

  1. Heat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix the berries, sugar, flour, coconut milk, orange juice and zest.
  3. Place the filling in a casserole dish and sprinkle with the crumble.
  4. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
Crumble
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until a crumbly texture has formed.
