Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar for 4-5 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, followed buy the molasses and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Add the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
