    Best Ginger Cookies Ever

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Organic Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Molasses
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 4 Cup Isis Biodynamic┬« Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 3/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tsp Cloves
  • 2 Tsp Ground Ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar for 4-5 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, followed buy the molasses and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Add the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
