Today we spent the day at Manipura Power Yoga for a Global Yoga Jam happening different places all over the country at the same time!  We had a great day meeting members of our community, raffling away another great gift basket AND joining in the yoga festivities!  Here are some photos from our great day full of friends, yoga and of course cookies made from ISIS Biodynamic® Whole Wheat Flour!
